Felipe Fernández-Armesto is an award-winning historian and author of bestselling books, including "1492"; "Ideas that Changed the World"; and "The Americas." He is a regular BBC guest presenter and screenwriter, contributor to Tony award-winning BBC series "Armada"; and writer for CNN-BBC joint production "Millennium: A Thousand Years of History."
