Building Operator Certification Level I

Building Operator Certification (BOC脗庐) is an ENERGY STAR脗庐 award-winning professional development and certification program focusing on energy efficiency, prolonging equipment life, and delivering cost savings through preventive maintenance. The BOC脗庐 program was created by the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council (NEEC).

Attend Level I if you are a building operator with a minimum of two years of experience in operations and maintenance, a building engineer, maintenance technician, stationary engineer, operations or maintenance supervisor, facility coordinator, HVAC technician, electrician, operations tech, or if you perform "hands on" work in facility operations and maintenance.

BOC I SUBSIDY:
As our long standing partner for the BOC program, Hawaii Energy will be offering registration subsidy to eligible applicants. Please complete the application form and email it to lucilled@hawaii.edu by February 1. We will review your application and send out the notification by mid February.
