December 6, 9:00am - 10:30amMānoa Campus, Campus Center Executive Dining Room or Zoom
The ADVANCE Kaulike project team is hosting open hybrid discussion sessions to share findings and engender conversation around topics related to increasing equity in STEM professions on campus. In these sessions, UHM ADVANCE Kaulike project team members will share data in aggregate that they found in their review of campus policies and STEM school/college/unit policies. Using data collected in the Nov '22 to May '23 survey and focus group interviews, the goal is to facilitate an open discussion for what changes are needed to better support professionals in their careers, particularly women and underrepresented groups in STEM, at UH ²ÑÄå²Ô´Ç²¹.
