Hui 驶膩ina pilipili presents the next iteration of the Pili i ke K膩naka Indigenous guest speaker series with Dr. K膿hau Abad. As modern science catches up with the Kumulipo (and other amazing mo驶olelo and mo驶ok奴驶auhau from l膩hui worldwide), and as the history of humanity and our honua becomes better understood, the incredible depth of 驶ikena encoded in the Kumulipo and other mele and mo驶olelo continue to reveal new insights. Explore what the haku mele of the Kumulipo and mele hulihia add to the current hot debates in the scientific community around the Younger Dryas and worldwide cataclysms. Also considered are aspects of kuana驶ike Hawai驶i, especially how our k奴puna viewed great upheavals.
