Aloha ʻĀina Fridays: Kūkulu Kumuhana Contemplative Sessions

The Native Hawaiian Place of Learning Advancement Office (NHPoL)is excited to announce our collaboration with the KÅ«kulu Kumuhana Working Group for KÅ«kulu Kumuhana Contemplative Sessions. Join us online for 45 minutes of gentle movement, breathing exercises, and meditation/visualization. The program was developed to share the KÅ«kulu Kumuhana framework for Native Hawaiian wellbeing and to support community members and organizations working toward collective liberation. You can join from your desk or on a mat/towel. Each session will focus on a different principle of the KÅ«kulu Kumuhana framework. Zoom links and instructions will be sent following registration.
