Kāko‘o Kama‘āina - Local First Chef Competition

Sodexo Hawaii presents Kāko‘o Kama‘āina, our Local Produce Chef Competition on Thursday, April 11, 2019 from 5:30-7:30pm at the UH Manoa Campus Center Courtyard. This event, in partnership with Armstrong Produce, will highlight locally grown fruits and vegetables in dishes created by six of Sodexo Hawaiʻi’s best chefs, including University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Executive Chefs Edward Costa and Kanale Ikaika Dela Cruz. Come and taste each of the six dishes and vote for your favorite dish. The winning chef will be announced at the end of the event and will proudly take home the trophy and title!
