Eric Paul Shaffer will read poems from A Million-Dollar Bill, his sixth volume of poetry, to celebrate the book芒鈧劉s publication. The poems celebrate thunderstorms on O芒鈧渁hu, sunrises on Haleakal脛聛, and childhood wisdom and foolishness while describing the perils of eating watermelon seeds, the delights of spilling coffee, and how the author lost his library card.
