The UH Wind Ensemble, Jeffrey Boeckman, conductor, will perform Shostakovich芒鈧劉s Festive Overture, Holst芒鈧劉s Hammersmith, Weill芒鈧劉s Threepennymusik, and Ian Dicke芒鈧劉s Song of the Telegraph (composer Ian Dicke will be in residence).
The UH Symphony Band, David Blon, conductor, will perform Windsprints by Richard Saucedo, English Dances: Set I, Op. 27 by Malcolm Arnold (arr. Maurice Johnstone), O Magnum Mysterium by Morten Lauridsen, King Cotton by John Phillip Sousa (Daryl Agena, guest conductor), and With Heart and Voice by David R. Gillingham.
