Journalist David Wallace-Wells writes extensively on the global climate crisis. He is deputy editor at New York magazine and a National Fellow at New America. He is the author of the #1 New York Times bestseller, The Uninhabitable Earth: Life After Warming (2019), which the Washington Post called 鈥渢his generation鈥檚 Silent Spring.鈥 He is co-host of the podcast 2038, which analyzes predictions for the next twenty years. Presented by the University of Hawai鈥榠 at M?noa and the Hawai鈥榠 Community Foundation with support from the The Kahala Hotel & Resort and Hawaii Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Commission.
