Russell Leu is a senior partner at Kingsfield Law, specializing in foreign direct invest- ments. He is also a Professor of Law at the prestigious Beijing Foreign Studies University and an Adjunct Professor at the Temple University Beasley School of Law. He will be in Honolulu on a brief visit from Beijing, and will comment from an 鈥渙n-the-ground鈥 perspective: How U.S.-China tensions have affected daily life in China鈥檚 capitol, what various sectors of the Chinese population think about the unrelenting cycle of 鈥渂reaking news,鈥 and what impact all of this has on Hawai鈥檌.
