Making Russian Kokoshnik

The kokoshnik is a traditional Russian headdress worn by women and girls. It was made from fabric, decorated with precious stones, pearls, etc. Nowadays it芒鈧劉s a part of tradition, a kind of new trend of celebrities 芒鈧 both women and men. We will learn more about traditional Russian kokoshnik and modern ones made by the trendsetter Olga Polyakova. We will also make stylish kokoshiks and have a lot of fun. Please join us on Wed, Feb.,1 at 3:30 pm, 252 Moore Hall. All levels of Russian are welcome (including those who don't speak Russian at all)!
