The Eastern Slavs believed that on this day people said good bye to Fall and met Winter. In Russia on the day of Kuzma and Demian girls celebrated these Christian saints, patrons of crafts, marriage, poultry. We will make some lovely chicken from clay for home decoration to present it to your Mom on Mother芒鈧劉s Day. Please join us on Wed, Nov., 9 at 3:30 pm, 252 Moore Hall. All levels of Russian are welcome (including those who don't speak Russian at all)!
