Entrepreneurship Live: Pig and the Lady

The Pacific Asian Center for Entrepreneurship (PACE) and Hawaii Student Entrepreneurs invites students to the second Entrepreneurship Live event titled, "When Pigs Fly: The Pig and the Lady's Rapid Success From Pop-Up to Hawaiian Airlines."
About the Speaker:
Lawrence Ho is Partner and CFO of The Pig and the Lady, an award-winning Southeast Asian eatery in Chinatown that got its start as an occasional pop-up five years ago. The restaurant芒鈧劉s popularity skyrocketed when it began selling its famously creative Vietnamese sandwiches and dishes at farmers markets around town. As CFO, Lawrence芒鈧劉s roles include business development, social media marketing, public relations, and even serving noodles at special events. Prior to joining the restaurant, Lawrence was Senior Manager at PwC Hong Kong where he led large-scale technology-focused IPOs such as the Alibaba listing in 2014.
Lawrence will share how The Pig and the Lady stands out amongst the hustle and bustle of farmers markets, and explores new business opportunities including a partnership with Hawaiian Airlines.
