The COE welcomes Dr. Carola Su脙隆rez-Orozco as she presents Understanding Immigrant Origin Children: A Psych-Social Educational Perspective
Dr. Carola Su脙隆rez-Orozco is a Professor of Human Development and Psychology at UCLA. She is the author of numerous books, including Children of Immigration, Learning a New Land, and the recently released Transitions: The Development of the Children of Immigrants. She has been awarded an APA Presidential Citation for her contributions to the understanding of cultural psychology of immigration and has served as Chair of the APA Presidential Task Force on Immigration.
