The talk will be given by Michael Kugelman (South Asia Specialist from the Woodrow Wilson Center). Talk Description: "Pakistan's serious governance, security, and socioeconomic challenges have prompted many analysts and journalists to label the country as a failed or failing state. Such characterizations are wildly off the mark. That said, Pakistan still faces a perilous future, and for reasons that aren't getting nearly the amount of attention that they deserve."
