'Ethicist' Professor Kenneth Kipnis has spent most of his professional career working as an 芒鈧揈thics Consultant芒鈧 in a variety of non-academic settings. In this introductory essay to a collection of his 芒鈧揻ield reports芒鈧, he ruminates on his professional identity, on the nature of ethics consultation, and his gradual entry into this re-emerging role.
