The Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and Veterans Issues

The University of Hawaii Elder Law Program (UHELP) and the Elder Law Clinic are pleased to present another Marigold Seminar at the law school. This seminar will focus on the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) and Veterans' Issues and will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2015, 3:00 pm, at the Law School Library.
Judge Coral Wong Pietsch will be presenting "Practice Before the CAVC" and Tracey Betts, Director of the Honolulu Regional Office of the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Benefits Administration will be describing the services and benefits available to veterans, their caregivers and families in Hawaii. Law school Professor James Pietsch will be moderating this discussion.Light refreshments will be provided. There is no cost but please RSVP by January 26.
